Hmm, it works on most systems, but its possible some library or driver is missing or bad on your system. Can you try updating your graphcis drivers? I believe OpenGL is the capability that, if missing for some reason, can lead to this.

I tried updating the drivers - came back as up to date.
I don't understand OpenGL but I found this. Does it contain the information?
I also just made a new list and that seems to be staying there.
It happened since (when?) I updated to .4.
Unfortunately I'm no expert on this stuff, but can you try the suggestion in https://musescore.org/en/3.3#comment-956392? And if that doens't work, try replacing "angle" in that file with "software"

As I have already replaced the palettes I have no reason to. Thanks though.
