MSCZ is Unsupported

A few minutes ago, I was working on a score in the MuseScore editor when my computer crashed. When I opened MuseScore again to resume my project, the file wouldn't open and instead I got this message:

"Cannot read file D:/Documents/MuseScore3/Scores/Twinkle Little Star _ Copy.mscz:"

After several attempts, it still wouldn't open, so I uploaded it to the website in hopes that I could download it from here (there's a download option). But nope, it didn't work (see above link). I've been working on this score for months and it's very important to me. Is there anything I can do to recover it?

The file is below.

From the link referenced above:
"Once you locate this file, rename it and remove the trailing comma (this is the vital part) and the leading dot; on Windows, it is also advisable to unset the hidden attribute. Now, you should be able to open the resulting file in MuseScore."

If you've been working on for months, there should definitely be a backup copy - the hidden one starting with "." and ending with "," in the same folder as the main score. Only way there wouldn't be is if you had literally left MuseScore running that entire time, never once closed it or your score.

Also, if you are on Windows, and you Documents folder is within OneDrive as it often would be, you can visit the OneDrive site and recover prior versions of the main score - it heeps a history for you.
