Guitar Tab Numbers Disapear

When I am entering notes and the guitar tabs come automatically below. As soon as I put a tie the tab numbers go away. I would like to keep them similar as shown with the regular notes. How can I achieve this? Please see the attached picture. Thanks a lot for your support!!!
