Distorted music text (notes) when printing
The printed music is distorted (usually by an unwanted 'transposition' in random places by a third interval ) - no matter whether printed from pdf or directly from the program.

The resulting pdf (export) file is also distorted - random changes in notes by an third interval.

Please attach a sample mscz and a pdf file.
But it looks as expected on screen? That would be extremely unusual. We'd definitely need to see the score to have a chance of understanding. But if it's off on screen too, then I can at least make a couple of guesses - either the music is for a transposing instrument and you don't have the Concert Pitch set correctly for how you want it printed, or else you are using the wrong clef.
