OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2.9788, revision: 148e43f
- Open the attached score.
- Select just the two notes connected by a slur.
- Press Voice 2 (in the toolbar) or use the shortcut Ctrl + Alt + 2.
Expected result: Both notes and slur move to voice 2.
Actual result: Only the notes change voice. The slur remains in voice 1.

Indeed, the command currently applies to notes only. Probably it should eventually be extended to other elements.
I just tripped over this "feature" or "lack of feature" and was about to file a similar issue. However rather than having mine marked as duplicate I will up the frequency of this one to "few".
Menawhile, the normal way to move things other than notes is Tools / Voices. This moves notes, slurs, slurs, pretty much everything. The voice buttons really were intended from the beginning to be just about notes.
