access to putting a note down
For some reason i cant acces the notes in the top of the screen like i used to. I also can not find if there are commands to put in notes withought the bar that was at the top of the screen.

You mean the toolbar? Right click into what's left of it and enable Note Input again
But yes, there are keyboard shortcuts for just about everything connected to note input. See the Handbook section on note input for more info - it's well worth it to learn them as keyboard entry can be much faster than all that pointing and clicking.
