Website Hacked?

I'm not sure, but the musescore.org website may have been hacked. When I accessed it today, there was a very long pause while the status/progress notice displayed in the lower left corner (of the Chrome browser) said it was waiting for a response from a URL that ended in .ru

You might want to look into this.

In the meantime, I want to say that Musescore is excellent and I recommend it to all of my musician friends. Thank you!

The MuseScore company is based in Russia, nothing unusual about some of the servers involved having a ".ru" domain. More likely there was some temporarily glitch causing a delay in loading the page.
