Add picture to frame.
Set check 'Lock aspect ratio'.
Manually set Height or Width.
The aspect ratio is not preserved. (see screenshot)

Changing the dimensions via the mouse does preserve the aspect ratio but is not as precise as via manually entering the dimensions
