When you try to press play to hear the music, the button is perpetually grayed out. Even with my attempts to highlight other parts of the song, it remains silent. I'm using Bluetooth earbuds but the problem persists without them also.

Workaround No ⇒ Yes

Update: I have been able to press on the play button by starting Musescore without my earbuds connected and then connecting them after it opens. When I do this, it plays through the song but it's fully silent regardless of the volume I set the earbuds to.
