Regression vs. what?
This is just one instrument with 3 staves, and the sound is Piano, which is not capable of single note dynamics.
(Edit: I now see that no single note dynamics are being asked for)
The dynamics the score has, while being attached to just one of the staves, are set to affect the entire instrument, all 3 staves.

I dont know what you are talking about!
Select one of the dynamics, then look at the Inspector, there the range for that dynamic is set to "Instrument", the default, you probably want "Staff"
Ah, no, there's something else going on: all notes have a non-0 user velocity setting, probably due to MIDI import.

Right-click one note, select all similar, then in Inspector hitting the reset buttons for velocity and velocity type
