In the dialog click on the "Instrumentation, copyright and download settings", then on the pull down menu:

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the pull down menu (I'm used to it in the past) does not seem to function. There are no options available. Ah! is this because I have chosen "public"? I'll try again and see what happens. I assumed the "private" choice was because I wanted no one else to see it.

Public or Private - it makes no difference. I cannot get the pulldown menu. Possibly I'm being daft.

Sounds likely to be a browser issue. Works fine for me in Chrome, both on Chromebook and Windows.

No, you're not...
The same thing happened to me repeatedly when I clicked on the "dropdown arrowhead". It took me a while to figure out that the arrowhead is non-functional - it's just there for decoration!
To open up the list, you have to click in the middle of the text None (All rights reserved). This non-intuitive behaviour of the dropdown is a horrible design mistake...
