All the buttons and pallets are super small to the point I can't see them. Would recommend a resolution change setting. With the buttons so small it makes musescore completely unusable.

There is such a setting in form of a commandline option, -D, which takes a DPI value as the parameter, e.g. -D 120

This happens if MuseScore isn't able to detect your monitor resolution automatically. See #106241: Monitor resolution detected incorrectly, making sizes wrong
