You could attach the corrupt score here, it might be fixable
FWIW, sorry to hear you are having trouble, but indeed we are happy to help if you let us. Also, note that all software has bugs, switching to other software just trades on set for another, and wastes time, so you are unlikely to come out ahead in the deal - quite the opposite, in fact.
