Question on notes circled with blue on attached pdf

Dear all,
on the attached pdf, I have circled some sets of triplets. These notes do not form part of the timing of the bar, but they are played quite quickly just as an intro to the particular bar. I would like to know what such notes are called, and if there is a way to edit them into a Muse score?
