An alto recorder is a recorder with a range in-between the Soprano and the Tenor. It is typically in the key of F
There are many recorders available, just type that word into the search box in the instrument list. And if you need some more obscure one, you can choose the closest then customize it by right clicking the staff and choosing Staff/Part Properties. Enter whatever name, range, and transposition you like.
