I have recently stumbled across a bug I found on any 2 staffed instrument in musescore.
As shown in the attachment below;
Anytime I try to add a gliss from one note to another on their respective staffs (egs. whole note treble low C to whole note treble high C),
With a subdivided pattern underneath it (egs, quarter note bass Clef low G repeated),
The gliss will always default down to the bass clef G note and not reach the treble high C note.

Steps:
1. Create a musescore file with any 2 staffed instrument (eg. piano, Harp, first 2 staffs of an organ)
2. Create any starting note, and a few bars later an ending note on one staff
3. Create any notes on the other staff
4. Select the starting and ending notes for the gliss
5. Apply the gliss
And the problem is then recreated

I have tested this with every single 2 clef instrument and have found the problem present.
In the testings file below, I used the squiggly line glissando with "gliss." in the sample photo, in the "arpeggios and glissandi" tab on both master and basic pallet.
No addons or changes to musescore were used, and I am using the most recent update of musescore

If any more information or specifics you need please let me know, I am more than happy to help.
