Can't see where to get the toolbar.
This is my first time trying to do the "Getting started" page. It mentions using a toolbar. I can't find one. I have clicked on View and no "Toolbar" comes up.

Expand the drop down list:

To be clear, thoughm the toolbr should already be present, unless you managed to close it previously.
