How to make normal bars and not have a number in its place
My picture explains much better than I can. I just want to press command B and add a number of normal bars, not one bar with an amount of bars contained inside it or whatever.

Press "M" shortcut to disable multimeasure rests.

Great thank you so much. Glad it is so simple.
For the record, you must have accidentally enabled multimeasure rests previously they default to being turned off. They are only turned on for parts generated from a full score, not for the score itself.
