Error opening folder with Cyrillic characters

Steps to reproduce issue:
Create folder named "Чайковский" (for instance). Copy test.mscz file into it. Click on file to open. MuseScore puts an error message "Cannot read file C:/Users//Documents/Resources/Audio/Scores/???????´???/test.mscz:
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.", where the question marks are the Cyrillic folder name.

However, using File > Open... from within Musescore and navigating to the same folder and file opens it.
