mixer and sounds
I've read the info about the mixer and I know it has the sounds I want [bird tweet and gunshot]. What I don't know is the basics to make this happen in my score. Do each of these sounds need its own staff? How do you assign the midi sound?

Okay so I make a treble staff for each item, insert notes and indicate to the mixer the sound I want on those notes?

Gotcha thenk you. Problem is that add a staff is greyed out in the instruments. How do I get it functioning?

You can only add a staff to an existing instrument. So to enable add staff, you need to select an existing instrument to add a staff to. But, my guess is you don't want that, you want a new instrument. So don't use add staff, instead select an instrument from the last at left and then click "Add".

Thanks I figured it out. Added instrument and then went to the mixer and changed the sound. Then changed the name of the instrument.
Trying to find a sound equivalent to an agogo now. The one that is there doesn't sound like one. Any suggestions?
