I can't download the 2nd tenor and trumpet parts
I have musescore pro but I cant export parts or download the pdfs after I uploaded it

Sounds like you are having some sort of problem ith the score sharing website musescore.com, so you'd have to ask over there on that site.
But I can tell you that you don't need that site, or a MuseScore Pro account, just to export parts or PDF's of your own score. You can do that perfectly well right from within MuseScor on your own computer. File / Parts to creates parts, File / Export Parts to export the parts to another format, File / Export to export the score, etc.
That score doesn't have parts, that's why you can export them. And musescore.com can't for the same reason I guess
