You export your work in MP3, and you do like useual with an MP3 file
In making a CD, I'd recommend exporting as WAV rather than MP3. Either way, you do this from MuseScore using File / Export. But then you'd need to find software to burn CD's, MuseScore doesn't do that directly. Most systems come with software to do that already installed, and I think it's even built in to Windows and other OS's (I haven't used a computer with a CD drive in years, so I can't easily check). But if you don't already have such software, a web search would presumably turn up many good options.
Use WAV if you want to burn an Audio CD, MP3 if burning a Data CD
