That score got created with MuseScore 3.3.4 (so better update to 3.4.2) and after a valid start contains nothing but zeroes, as such it is lost and beyond repair, see #271185: Scores corrupted beyond repair, containing nothing but zeros and look for a backup, see https://musescore.org/en/node/52116
This is IIRC the first and olny time this "containing nothing but zeros" to happen with an mscx file, so far all others only happened to mscz files, the suspicion being that something went wrong with the compression.
Seeing this here seems to indicate that it hasn't got to do anything with compression at all
