Crescendo Diminuendo length remains default when copy pasted

When I'm creating a cresc or dim. with the keyboard or through pallets, after I#ve changed the length I selected them, copied in clipboard and pasted it to another place. While the object did copy paste, the adjusted length did not the copied cresc. was both times the default length. When edditing orchestral scores, it is a very common practice to copy the cres. dim. forks of a certain length and paste them to all staffs.
