Issue
I have Musescore installed on a Spanish Windows Installation, however I specified on the configuration that I wanted the Musescore application to be in English. The issue is that I see some dialogs in Spanish and others in English.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.4.2.9788, revision: 148e43f
Steps to reproduce
1) Install program on a Windows OS with one language, but on the language settings select another (ej. OS is in Spanish, but the selected language is in English)
2) Observe how some dialog boxes are displayed on one language and others in another

Is it just that Software update dialog?
Is it in Spanish only directly after having switched MuseScore from English to Spanish or still after a quit and restart of MuseScore?
