There is such a tempo text, so that one is OK
The Arpeggio text is fixed now

The second is something you might use in switching between 4/4 and 6/8 if the goal is to indicate that the eighth note stays the same speed, which is fairly common. The other common scenario would be for the quarter note in 4/4 to be the same speed as the dotted quarter in 6/8.
