Clicking duration changes next measure count (0.9.6 regression)

  1. Create new score in 4/4 time. Notice the rest in measure 1 is already selected.
  2. On note input toolbar click "whole note" duration

Expected behavior: probably nothing should happen

Actual behavior: the whole-measure rest in measure 2 changes to a quarter-note rest. This leads to crashes later on in note entry mode.

(Tested using r.2179 nightly, Windows XP)
