I open Musescore and this is all I see and I cant d do anything. I have attached a screenshot of what I see

What version of MuseScore and what OS? Did it work correctly at some time then stop, or is this the first time you have ever run MuseScore?

Seems like MuseScore thinks your screen resolution is much higher than it actually is. Anything unusual about your display configuration (eg, using a TV set through a VGA connection?)

Probably you can solve it by starting from the command line with the "-D xxx" option, where "xxx" is the resolution in DPI.
