Undo change of actual duration corrupts timing

1. Open promenade demo
2. Right click on empty part of measure 1 and choose "Measure Properties..."
3. Change Actual duration to 3/4
4. Press OK
5. Edit Undo
6. Click on an empty part of measure 1 to select it

Expected behavior: Only measure 1 should be selected

Actual behavior: Part of measure 2 is also selected. The corrupted timing leads to crashes in note entry mode

(Tested using r. 2185 nightly and 0.9.5 stable, Windows XP)
