Items between Master and part score
All the items between the master score and part scores sync up. But I want some texts objects to have different sizes or have different number of spaces between the letters to fit the bar measures. Can I un-sync specific items between master and part scores?

Not like that, no. I'm not really understanding what you mean about changes spaces between letters, though. Sounds like you might be trying to misuse spaces to achieve a particular layout that is better achieved by using multiple text elements. If you attach your score and describe what you are trying to do in more detail, we should be able to show you how to get it done more easily.
