Adding an accidental to the guitar chords above
I cannot find where to add above the staff at guitar chord a flat or a sharp. Example: B#6, but needs a flat. Keyboard on computer does not have a flat sign.

Also I have written a vocal piece, but on left side of treb le staff it says PNO for piano. How to remove that and just have treble and bass staffs.

Right click Staff Properties:https://musescore.org/en/handbook/staff-part-properties
You could write "Bnatural6", that would turn into a natural sign. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/chord-symbols#enter-chord-symbol
To enter a sharp sing, type "#". To enter a flat, type "b". These get converted to true shape and flat signs automatically. See the handbook under Chord Symbols for more.
