Pro account cannot download anything.
I currently have an active pro account and cannot download any scores or files.
Instead anytime I try to download anything I am asked to upgrade and when I do nothing happens.

Still the same and only answer as given by @Shoichi above
https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com is usually the best way to get an answer from what I've seen.
