THE NOTE INPUT BAR IS MISSING LITERALLY HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO USE musescore

1) yes, I did go view>toolbar>note input but nothing is there
2) I right-clicked on where it is meant to be and unselected it then reselected it. it is STILL not there.
3) COME ON.
