The accent on the accent-staccato also doesn't look the same as a regular accent, and really, it should. This should be an easy fix, I imagine it would just be swapping image files.
Workaround: Using the "Accent " and "Staccato" articulations in combination "fix" this issue. However, using accents and staccatos together have their own issue. https://musescore.org/en/node/308734
