How to get all staves with QML?

Probably my formulation of the question was confusing, so let me ask again, please:

How can I get a list of all staves using QML?

(I worked through whatever i could find in the forums and also through all the plugins that Musescore delivers as well as from the download page. But it seems that nobody ever had to deal with that topic.)
