How do you make repeats work in 3.5? (other than wait for fix)
I forgot the incantation, and I can't make the repeats work no matter how many times I exit continuous mode and toggle the button.
What does one do?

Going to page view and toggling play repeats doesn't work? They don't work in continuous view and changing to continuous view will cause them to stop working in page view until you toggle play repeats again.
As for any other solution, the PR hasn't been merged yet so it's not even in a nightly.

A PR exists to fix the repeats, I'm not sure about the Apple problem but Marc doesn't use an Apple so he won't be able to tackle that one.

The Mac certification problem was fixed in 3.5, but the workaround is still in the FAQ because not everyone is upgraded to 3.5.
