Open the score that contains the bend.
Select bend/release, bend/release/bend, pre-bend, pre-bend/release, custom.(From the second beat to the sixth beat of the attached file)
Select only, no change.
An asterisk is added to the file name displayed on the tab.
A dialog box will open prompting you to save on close.
This does not happen when you select a bend type that specifies "bend".

regression vs 3.3.4, 3.4.1 had this issue already, that setting went into the Inspector for 3.4.

Confirmed this bug in macOS as well.

It doesn’t happen when the inspector is hidden.
And when try indicating the inspector again while selecting “bend”(From the second beat to the last beat of the attached file),
asterisk is shown again.
