Copying breath signs

When I copy/paste a bar that includes a breath sign, the new breath sign seems always to be pasted with placement "Below". Seems to happen "always", and regardless of if the copy/paste is between different staffs or within the same staff. Seems very inconsistent with the behaviour on insert, which per default is "Above".
