  1. Put 5/4 time signature
  2. Put 64 for the first share
  3. Put 32 notes in the tenor line to the end of the measure
  4. Put 32 notes in the bass line to the end of the measure without 64 on the first share

Status active ⇒ by design

You can't have less than one measure per system. So you need wider paper or narrower notes (like via a smaller space setting) or split the measures
