Add Note-Name Noteheads

The program keeps crashing when I'm entering in notes. I'm currently trying to enter in repetitive notes (eighth rest, then C/F, repeat) and can't get past the first measure. Also having this issue on several songs.

  1. Begin entering notes with Note Input key or pressing N
  2. After about one measure, the score crashes.
  3. Happens on multiple songs I'm trying to input (Star Spangled Banner, A "Holiday Road" of Carols, etc).

I can't reproduce, no crashes here, MuseScore 3.5.0 on Windows 7
Maybe try reverting to factory settings (under the Help menu)

How are you entering the notes, computer keyboard, mouse, MIDI keyboard?

Hold on a second, you have the issue with the "Add Note-Name Noteheads" plugin?
That isn't needed at all for MuseScore 3 and doesn't even work there, but only in MuseScore 2.
So I guess your issue is about the MuseScore program? If so, we'd have to close this issue and open a new one against the correct project here
