Musescore startup wizard opens every time I open Musescore 3. It's so annoying that I have to go though the wizard every time I startup musescore. How do I fix this?

What Operating system? What version of MusaeScore? Taken from where? If really 3.3(.x), why not 3.5.0 (or maybe 3.4.2)?
This might be some kind of permissions issue, where MuseScore can't write the setttings
