want to access Musescore Sheets but App. is blue and crashes!

Crashing App. Blue screen frozen and won't open! I'm on PRO and can't access anything on my Android 10 Samsung Galaxy Note 9! I just want to access the sheets, not write music, but although Musescore is supposed to allow for that, it's got bugs and nothing fixed still!😭

If you are talking about the Android app, you need to report problems over on musescore.com where that is supported. There is nothing anything here can do about it.
