Start at the middle of a tie

there is no sound. Need to start at the front end of a tie to get sound.

I agree that notes should sound where you start playing even if the are tied to a previous note. This is currently by design so I have turned this into a suggestion to start playing the selected note regardless of ties.

It should also start in the middle of a note if a note in a different voice is selected as the starting point. For example, voice 1 has a whole note and voice 2 has 2 half notes, you select the second half note, both voices should sound.
