how to center the curcer and advance the score during playback

I found it difficult to follow the curser when playback a multi-page score especially with speedy tempo melodies. Is there a way to always center the curser and advance the score so it is easy to look ahead and prepare for the next note? This will be very handy for practicing with musescore.
