Not Answering
I've been working on a sheet for the last 2 hours and when I disconnected my bluetooth headphones to show my song to someone, the screen got kind of grey, the mouse keeps loading and it's written ''Not answering'' next to Musescore. I didn't save my project, simply because I'm used to automatic save (Google or Words for example) and I forgot. I was about to do it but now I can't. If I quit, all my work will be lost and I can't start again. What can I do to save my work without entirely losing it?

If MuseScore is still running and you can give it focus, then press ctrl+s to save the current score. Unless you turn off auto save, MuseScore saves a backup every 2 minutes (replacing the last one each time). See https://musescore.org/en/node/52116#2.-Autosaved-version for info on finding the last autosave version of the score. Do this before you run MuseScore again to assure MuseScore doesn't delete it before you recover it.
This should give you 2 opportunities to recover you work of the last couple of hours.
