You are using an old unsupported version of MuseScore. There is no way to change that in version 2.2.1. Current version is 3.5.2 and has the ability to play repeats after a D.C or D.S.

YSTRW, it was 2.2, 2.1 doesn't have it (I checked)

So select the D.C. jump and check "Play repeats" in the inspector and it should work.
As does MuseScore 2.3.2 ;-)
And even 2.2.1!
