Dialog should not block resize window

Click create new score, start to use the dialog
If you need info, e.g. from an PDF already displayed behind the MuseScore window, it is impossible to move or resize MuseScore to display them side by side (like by drag and drop to the left and right of the screen)
LibreOffice doesn't have that issue.

Yes that's true you keep access to the other app (by alt tab or mouse), so you are not really "blocked".
But you can't display them side by side.
Unless you close the "new" dialog (losing the already filled in fields), resize MuseScore and the other app, and then only start the new dialog.
Which is not great either: because when you have finished the step where you need to see the other app on the half of the screen, and you want to set MuseScore full screen again to finish to fill in the dialog, you can't.
