Create a score for piano with other instruments. Make the non piano staff small. This is the standard way of representing piano-plus-other-instrument scores. Extract parts. The non-piano parts will all have small staves.
Suggested change: Have Musescore create parts with regular staves regardless of staff size in the score.

As noted in the forum, sometimes one wants one behavior (as in this case), but there are other times when you might want small to remain small. This kind of ties into the general request to have more controls over which properties are linked, see for instance #25248: Add ability to explicitly break links between linked staves/parts
