can't save crash report

I just today updated to the most recent release. (windows)
two issues:
1. I can fill out the crash report, but get an error message when I try to send it.
2. There seems to be a problem when I use ctrl-(minus sign) to change the size of a part in page view. Sometimes it'll crash when I issue the cmd; other times it'll execute the cmd but crash when I click a tab to view another part. This has happened consistently more than 5 times.
