Create a score

Make multiple tracks, with multiple types of instruments (like acoustic guitar, drumset, sweep synth)

Put notes in on each track

Export as .mid

Play the resulting MIDI files

The MIDI file doesn't always have the correct MIDI instruments play as they should when exported. This works correctly in Musescore 2.
